Mcdonald's - Waco

I want to acknowledge the manager at this restaurant for their exceptional service. When we had an issue with our order, we called the number listed on the door and the manager responded within 24 hours. They listened to our concerns, offered to replace our order, and when we returned to the restaurant, they went above and beyond for us. The manager recognized us, provided us with our replacement order (which was delicious), and made sure we were satisfied with our meal. I also appreciated the friendly and professional atmosphere at the restaurant, with staff members chatting and joking in a respectful manner. Thank you, Samantha, for all your help!

In the hectic environment of fast food, the manager took the time to kindly explain the challenges they were facing with changing hours and short staffing. Despite this, my order was quick and accurate. I am excited to visit this restaurant again in the future.

The French fries at McDonald's are excellent - hot and delicious! I appreciate that they provide clean restaurants for weary travelers. I can't wait for them to start serving Mcveggie burgers. Thank you, McDonald's!
