Laredo Taco Company - Waco

I am a fan of Laredo taco company and have visited at least five locations throughout Texas. However, this particular one is the worst. Every time I go there, something goes wrong. They are often out of certain ingredients, the salsa and pico de gallo are not ready, and the taco fillings are typically dried up and old when I visit for breakfast. The customer service is also lacking, as the staff appear as though they do not want to be there. This location is not like the others I have visited. I am giving it two stars because I do not want to completely discredit the brand, but this specific location is truly terrible.

I have been to Laredo Taco Firma in Texas at least 5 times and I must admit, it is the worst. Every time I visit, there is something wrong. Whether it's the ingredients used, the salsa and pico not being available yet, or the Taco fillings (especially for breakfast) being dry and old. One consistent factor is the employees who always seem like they don't want to be there, resulting in really bad customer service. This experience is nothing like the other restaurants I have been to. I gave it 2 stars only because I didn't want to completely trash it, but overall it was a terrible experience.

Generally, this restaurant is great, but today, any dish with refried beans tasted sour as if they had added too much lime juice. It's not a flavor I've ever encountered before, and I'm not aware of anyone who typically adds lime juice to beans.
