La Madeleine - Waco

I've eaten here numerous times, this was the worse service ever. We waited over an hour for our lunch, after we asked about it. Then received cold food. Others around us waited just as long or longer. They offered a free beverage or dessert but that doesn't make up for being late to our next appointment or receiving a cold entree and mine arrived 10mins before my guest's meal. I understand waiting longer for a busy time, the lunch rush but we arrived at 1145 before the rush began, and had to ask about our meals at 1pm. That's beyond reasonable!!!You might have lost a loyal customer at this location, the only location in my town.?

Nice fast casual french cuisine. Good service, always clean, food is fresh. Recommend the chicken salad. Kids meals are good size and come with veggie pouch and drink that is not a soda.Food: 5/5

I absolutely love this place. I'm pregnant and lately have been super nauseous. When I gave a weird specific order they had no problem and were judgement free. When there was a small issue with my order the sweet woman with black hair and glass was helpful and kind. Definitely one of the best places in Waco.Food: 4/5

We went here with my husband's boss his wife. Everything was so good! You have to decide what you want stand in line to pay. You get a table they bring your food to you. Like a cafeteria style.Parking: It's close to the Waco mall.

I have been here a few times with friends, and I love the atmosphere! The food is amazing, and the people are kind! Billy is one of my favorite things about La Madeleine! He is super attentive, and he has the best smile. My friends and I love seeing him!Food: 5/5
