Hooters
Description
At Hooters, guests encounter a vibrant atmosphere but a range of service inconsistencies. While some diners praise the friendly staff and delicious shrimp and wings, others express disappointment over long waits and cold food. Complaints include insufficient sauce on wings and a lack of cutlery, alongside issues with delayed service even during less busy times. However, several patrons highlight attentive servers, who enhanced their experiences with personal touches and humor. Despite some challenges, the establishment shows potential with its lively environment, making it worth considering for a fun night out—albeit with tempered expectations.

Came here on a Friday night at 830. It was dead. We waited for an hour for our food that was cold when we got it. At least if you had to wait an hour, you would expect it to be hot what it wasn't. This told us that it was for a while; Hope I'm not diarrhea. We never got cutlery and when we did it, it was “plastic goods”, waited 20 minutes for a 20 ounce of beer, and we saw our waitress three times overall. She also ignored her other tables to a family of six, which fortunately on behalf of all of us. Will be back to Hooters because we love the food, but not this place. Restaurant Goers caution.
I witnessed two older men being rude to the staff at Hooters, but the general manager handled the situation professionally. Despite the initial disturbance, the staff continued to take care of the customers and ensure that everyone was well looked after. The restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star review for their exceptional service and the way they handled the situation efficiently.
Good service, but the food took one because to get out in a very slow night. wing had minimal sauce on them. everything was hot so it was nice. otherwise it will not be in a big hurry to go back. in the night.
