That being said, the wings were good, and so were the mushrooms. Not what I wanted, but I was hungry. Basically, Dennys, but smaller with more rules and a lot of smoke. Vegetarian options: They do offer salads and some vegetables if dinner was shared with a vegetarian. Vegans need not apply. The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and the portions are generously sized, giving a homemade feel to the dishes.

I ordered fried pork chops, which were decent, but when I asked for a to-go box, I received a terrible attitude from two women who were loud and embarrassing in front of the crowded restaurant. This ruined the meal for my friends and me. Additionally, the elderly woman at the register was eating fries over my plate, which was absolutely disgusting. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

I ca... read more As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt as though I was being watched while I ate my meal. I am an African-American man and I was there with my family. I can't be sure, but I believe that my race may have been the reason for the way I was treated. Despite the delicious food, the staff made me feel unwelcome and even tried to argue over a to-go order that I had already paid for. I will not be returning to Griff's and I would caution others of my race against dining there.
