The chef will be with you shortly after you place y... read more The wait time is usually brief if you arrive before 5:30 PM; we only waited about 10 minutes around 4:00 PM. The chef will be with you shortly after you place your hibachi order. Each meal comes with a generous serving of fried rice, which is absolutely delicious. The rice includes egg and a lovely medley of vegetables. The show is always entertaining, with chefs cracking jokes throughout the performance. I won’t spoil it for you, but I’ve added a few videos of highlights from the show. Lunch prices are more affordable, so if you're on a budget, consider coming during the week. However, it’s definitely worth a visit for a special occasion or if you can splurge a little. The food is consistently flavorful, and I’ve never been disappointed by the service or the warm atmosphere.

Our waitress was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. Although it took a little longer than expected to receive our hibachi due to the busy atmosphere, it was definitely worth the wait. Our chef was outstanding and made up for the delay with an impressive performance.

We really like Th... read more Delicious and good quality food! The foreign exchange student from Japan that we hosted said the salmon nigiri was as good as nigiri in Japan! We really like The Bomb sushi roll, which they are always happy to change the crawfish out for salmon. If you're not sure about the sake, try the Hana white peach if you like something sweet! We bought an extra bottle to take home because it was so good! And my husband swears by the Sapporo Silver. One less star because the place is a tiny bit run down at this point and the hibachi chefs are inappropriate (not exactly family friendly). I know they're moving locations soon, so I'll happily update my review once that happens.
