The restaurant was uncomfortably warm at 80 degrees inside, there was no ice available, and there was an unpleasant odor in the air. These problems greatly affected my overall dining experience. I hope these issues are resolved before summer arrives.

Also, the bread sticks are delicious! Went through drive through and got food quickly.

The food was up to par with what is expected, however th... read more I’m a big fan of Fazoli’s because they rarely disappoint, especially for inexpensive fast food Italian. The food was up to par with what is expected, however the apparent lack of concern for upkeep and cleanliness was very noticeable. We were the only patron at the time inside the restaurant, yet we struggled to find a table without dirty dishes, and the floor surrounding the tables were full of food and filth. It was to the point we almost walked out due to fear of what the kitchen must look like. It appeared as though there were about 7 staff members on site of whom 3 were eating, one was scrolling on their phone and the others were either in the kitchen or conversing amongst each other. Very disappointing experience for a place I’m a cheerleader for.
