Dunkin' - Waco
Dunkin'
Description
This Dunkin' location is described as convenient but unreliable: recurring inventory failures (missing ice cream flavors and bananas), incorrect preparations (sweet tea in iced coffee, missing fudge), undersized portions, and slow, sometimes rude drive‑thru service. Customers report unexplained long waits and locked doors despite staff presence, pointing to chronic quality‑control and training issues. For punctual or consistency‑minded visitors, alternatives may be wiser.

I paid $3.50 for a single scoop and received a portion smaller than a child's size. This location has let me down before, but I won't be returning again. To top it off, what’s the point of getting jamocha almond fudge without any fudge? The service was incredibly slow as well. I can't comment on the ambiance since I was only at the drive-thru.
I visit Dunkin' because it's conveniently located near my home and usually reliable. However, this particular location is always in disarray. The woman at the drive-thru is consistently rude and incredibly slow—not just today, but every time I've been here. I sometimes return hoping it was just a bad day or that they were short-staffed, but my experience is always disappointing. Today, there were only two cars in the drive-thru and one person inside, yet I waited over 40 minutes. Once I finally got out of the drive-thru, I went inside only to find they had locked the door behind me. They claimed to be short-staffed, but there were three employees working and only three customers total, including myself. It's just strange. I won't be returning; I'd rather take the extra time to drive to Starbucks or Dutch Bros.
Tater tots were soggy, kolache had a hard bun, and the three donuts i got tasted cold and old. Never going back.
