Paid 3 1/2 dollars for a single scoop, and was handed a smaller than kid size portion. Not the first time this location disappointed me but it is the last time. Add to that, what is a scoop of jamocha almond fudge without the fudge. Service was super slow too. Can't speak to ambiance as this was drive thru. View all feedback.
Got a grilled breakfast sandwich, the bread was not even toasted at all it was just warmed. There was no color on it it was warm soggy bread. I used to work for Dunkin' donuts and if I was still managing And this was my location I would retrain your folks on the grill. There was no one behind me in line I came through on a Thursday at 1:16 p.m. after the lunch rush, there's no reason down my bread should have not been toasted.

I come to Dunkin because it’s close to home and typically consistent. This location is ALWAYS a mess. The woman at drive thru is rude and very slow, not just today but every time I come here. I come back to think it might be a bad day or they’re short staffed, but every time is a negative experience. Today, there were 2 cars at the drive thru and 1 person inside. I waited over 40mins. Once I could get out of the drive thru I went inside and they locked the door behind me. They said they were short staffed but there were 3 people working with a total of 3 customers counting me… bizarre. I won’t be back, I’ll drive the extra minutes to Starbucks or Dutch Bros
Tater tots were soggy, kolache had a hard bun, and the three donuts i got tasted cold and old. Never going back.
Good, clean DD/BR. Every staff member I've had contact with was very friendly/welcoming.
