On my last visit there was a men's hair in my food (2 days ago) but I gave it one more chance to see if it would happen again and sure enough I found a women's black hair in my bowl by PULLING IT OUT OF MY MOUTH. The hair is explainable as no one at this location wears a hair net. Secondly I requested lettuce and the worker PICKED THE LETTUCE UP OFF THE COUNTER (LEFTOVER LETTUCE) and put it in my bowl. Though some of the staff are understanding and nice i will definitely not be returning to this location.

The staff seemed a bit bored and kept staring at our family, which was a little uncomfortable, but I understand since I've worked in a slow fast food restaurant before. The food was decent.
