The food has consistently been excellent; the burgers are packed with flavor, and the fish and chips are spot on as well.

I'm taking my kids to enjoy their chili cheeseries, which are the best! And their shakes? I absolutely love this place!

I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived extremely overcooked. I sent it back, and when it came back, it was well done, which was not what I ordered. We also asked about the fries, but we were not informed that only certain types were available when we placed our order. To top it off, the service was poor; the employees were rude when I asked about my meal. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Food is good but cleanliness is not high on their priority list. Bathrooms are always dirty and floors sticky and we saw a roach crawling up the wall last night

I would suggest to pass on fuddruckers, lady at the front seemed annoyed i asked for stuff no longer out on the tables, also front door seemed very dirty as there were lots of prints all over the glass. And everyone just standing around, only us and one or two other tables. Also had to go back and ask for my fries she didnt give me.
