I had... read more If you ever find yourself in Waco, I highly recommend checking out this spot. I was in town with some friends today, and they suggested we go to Bubba's. I had never heard of it before, so I was excited to try something new. Our waitress, Dakota, was fantastic; although our food took a bit longer to arrive, she explained the reason for the delay and sincerely apologized for the wait. She also made sure our drinks were always filled. The burger I had was among the best I've ever tasted, and I will definitely return the next time I'm in Waco.
