Brazos Valley Cheese - Waco

We had no idea we were a business community. the cheese shop had very friendly staff as well as the coffeeshop. I took nabenby as a surprise for his 70th birthday and we enjoyed the trip. I'm absolutely back. I came back with a friend and got more cheese.

Wonderful selection of stuff. You have cheeses. Meats, crackers, books cooking and cheese making tools. There are some really nice oils and vinegar bottles to grab too. Samples of some of the stuff in great combinations. I'm a fan of Honey myself and was not disappointed with their selection if honey as well.It is a must see if you're in the area! Whenever you finish in the store make sure to check out the cheese cave too. Fun little thing to check out especially if you have kids!

Cute place! If you are a cheese lover, definitely take the time to come here. They had samples of different cheeses, dips and bread. Variety of cheeses, caramel, nuts and honey. In the area there is a coffee shop and a pizza food truck that was absolutely amazing! Nice place to enjoy a picnic. Really glad we stopped here during our drive.

Best Cheese Ever!!! Love the quality of this place!!! And the staff is so pleasant! Prices are a bit higher than in the General Store that also carries this brand, but broader selection here.

So many great things here. I don't like blue cheese but theirs with the apple vinegar was delicious. We sampled about 5 different kinds along with 2 oils.
