Так как это немного портит здоровье некурящих людей. А когда вокруг тебя сидят и дымят, это немного начинает напрягать, если ты бросил курить 2 недели назад. Если конечно это заведение относится к разряду кальянных, то так об этом и говорите. Общее впечатление можно посмотреть по количеству звезд, поставленных мною для данного заведения.
