The main reason is the huge terrace where you can sit outside and still be protected from the elements, pleasant seating, moms will appreciate the large children's playground without the danger of their little ones running onto the road. The service is quick, friendly and welcoming. They cook classic Czech dishes here, nothing fancy, so you can eat well, quickly and at a good price.
Exceptional beer, far better than 90% of the pubs in Prague (excluding the 10% of Veverek, various Lokals, Hroch, Malostranska and I will be offended if I don't mention more). They should learn how to care for beer! The kitchen is very good, with a simple selection of dishes on the menu's two pages. This is not a handicap, but rather a virtue, to excel at simple cuisine! In my opinion, this is one of the reasons to be proud of being a native of Vrchlabí!
