The restaurant design... read more My friend and I enjoyed an amazing meal at Wose, the weather was not good enough to sit outside so instead we enjoyed the coziness inside. The restaurant design has a warm and welcoming feel and the atmosphere is relaxed. We shared a big starter of smoked salmon with onion, sour cream and salmon roe. The salmon was nice and fresh and went perfect with the accompaniments. For my main I had a great beef steak with celeriac, wine sauce and herbs, cooked just the way I like it. My friend chose the beef burger with truffle mayonnaise, bacon jam and salt cucumber, she really enjoyed the mix of flavours and textures. For my dessert, I chose the chocolate brownie with raspberry, hazelnuts and caramel ice cream. It tasted to good in my mouth, the warm chocolate with the cold ice cream together was delightful. My friend went for the berries with brown cookies, thyme and peppermint ice cream, and she was very happy with her choice. I’d highly recommend a visit to everyone.
