Hangurstoppen - Vossevangen

Beautiful view, really warm and cosy atmosphere, great service, ideal for a lovely dinner after a nice hike in the mountains. Took the menu a la carte with seafood options and really enjoyed it!

We went with a very large group. The chicken and sauce were terrific with a delicious unique taste. The mashed potatoes were equally tasty with a slight minty taste. The fresh whole green beans were cooked to perfection. The dessert, a berry type mousse, served to top off a perfect lunch. Servers were friendly and helpful. The views from the windows to the top of the mountain are spectacular.

This restaurant checked all of the boxes. friendly bartender and waitress, and excellent service. the food was not only delicious and perfectly cooked, but the presentation deserved an award on its own. we were so excited for the view, but ended up visiting on a very foggy and rainy evening. hoping to visit again in the future! we made a reservation and received discounted gondola tickets, which was amazing!

Unfortunately we landed there on a rainy/ cloudy day. Views were obviously not that great. But atleast the food was good. We had the daily special tomato soup, chicken schnitzel, and a chocolate cake. All of them were quite good. Service was also quite fast, but then there were hardly 10 ppl at that time.
