Very nicely ambianced place for tasty food. The nachos are insane, with an incredibly amount of minced meat which you barely find in other restaurants, totally recomendable. Great spot if you’re going to the nearby lake or as a stop when travelling between Bergen and the eastern side of Norway (since it also has multiple gas stations nearby). Not disappointed at all View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Café Stationen:
Not a good one. We had mussels and fish and chips, very oily and over fried it was, with even more oily mayo.. they pour it over the salad too, so that is very heavy. Mussels were a bit better, but the fries similar with that too. Order at the bar, take your cutlery, so service is close to zero. Sticky tables. Tourist trap feeling, groups of old Americans coming with buses. Nice view to the lake however, therefore 2... View all feedback.
Old train theme with an excellent wine selection. Lovely view to sip a dry Riesling.
