Our family wanted to try a real Indian food, so we ordered Chicken Tiki Masala, Roti and Chicken Sheesh Kababab with Lassi to drink. We're not Indian, so this was a new experience for us. The food was quite spicy, but not overwhelming, and quite delicious. We really enjoyed each other. This seems to be a family-run restaurant, and my only point where it could be more clean and better presented. View all feedback.
We try our lunch in another place once a week. So went to MunSalwa, although they were not served at that time, but restaurant owners have accommodated us and treats us very nicely as if we were part of the family. Food was good and very reasonable. I ordered to take some. Thanks to Shakeel and the babe in the back. God bless you
Food was prepared quickly. Easy inside pick up. All special requests were carried out perfectly. And most importantly food was delicious- even my picky Mom liked it. We will be back! Updated to say visited again for a pick up order. I made a mistake in my online order (ordered a wrong item), and they were able to add the missed item in less than 15 minutes. The tandoori shrimp and tandoori chicken orders were cooked to perfection.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was friendly. My partner also loved his meal. In my opinion, this is the best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted in the area, and he agrees. We've dined in and placed take-out orders, and I appreciate that the food is made fresh to order, with care. The samosas and pakoras were fantastic – not overly greasy, and the pakora had a nice, balanced spice level. They did a great job accommodating my vegan request. My partner enjoyed the goat masala and everything else he tried. The family even prepared a salad from the menu just for us, accompanied by a delicious white sauce. The owner and his wife were very welcoming. Having dined on Indian food regularly in New York, I can say that the places I tried in this area were far from good. This is the only Indian restaurant we will dine at moving forward, as it truly meets our standards. It's a hidden gem – don’t miss out! 5/5!
I am a regular customer and have tried almost all the food items on the menu. I've particularly enjoyed the nihari, biryani, and kebabs, all of which are always made fresh and delicious. The staff, both men and women, are very honest and accommodating. Keep up the excellent food and customer service!
Our family wanted to experience authentic Indian cuisine, so we ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Roti, and Chicken Seekh Kebabs, along with Lassi to drink. As we are not familiar with Indian food, this was a completely new experience for us. The dishes were flavorful and had a nice level of spice—just right, not overpowering—making them quite delicious. We truly enjoyed the meal together. It seems like this is a family-run restaurant, and the only area for improvement would be cleanliness and presentation.
