What Lorraine doesn't like about El Mariachi San Lucas:
This is a no for me. Called made 2 orders. The person answering the phone was nice, the place was clean and cute but the food was not great at all. Sad to say, was actually looking for a new Mexican restaurant. Food was very bland and the salsa was ridiculously hot. The guacamole was excellent but not the Entrees. Not impressed sadly. It's not the first time I go there but this time the food wasn't that great and when I asked for a piece of lime, I got charged $1.25 when I complained to the waitress said limes are expensive, and she walked away. Not happy at all Who charges for a piece of lime?? ridiculous It's not the first time I've gone but now the food wasn't that good and when I asked for a piece of Limon they ended up charging me $1.25 and when I complained the waitress told me that the lemons were expensive, she turned around and left. The food is delicious, also the drinks Only that your staff should be more attentive and with good manners, well in my case, since the waitress who touched us almost ran us out of the restaurant, since she tells us if we are going to want something else but to bring the bill later she told me yes I wanted my change or it would stay like this Food: 5
Beautiful little place with an invivibe. The food was outstanding. Beautifully plated. Obviously cooked with pride. I was honestly disappointed with the service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed to see 4 people milling around the front counter while our waitress was nowhere to be found and we were in need of refills, boxes, checks, etc. It felt like the manager wasn't there so the employees were doing minimal amount of work. We can't wait to come back but hopefully on a night when someone is making sure the front of the house is running smoothly.
