Wow Chipotle...just wow. I don't know what's going on with this company but they are completely ripping people off and price gouging the items on the menu. Not to mention their idea of a bag of chips is not even half full! Seriously! Not to mention my guac was brown and old. I will be contacting corporate. This company is going downhill. Such a shame. I've only been to a handful of Chipotle's. Upon entering we were greeted by the employee working the front. He was super polite and welcoming to me and my wife. My wife's first time at this establishment, she was unsure about some of the food options. However, the server was super helpful and easy going. The food was great, and we were highly satisfied. We really appreciated this particular staff member and wanted him to be recognized solely for the purpose of this review. Thanks Anthony!!!
Corporate needs to come and shut this place down. Waited for an hour for my food for it to be thrown into the bag and mixed with pork, which I'm not allowed to eat. If you have any food allergies stay away from this place they cross contaminate everything without a care. I have no idea how this restaurant has been getting away with selling unsafe food with such poor quality for so long without the state being involved. My food wasn't even covered all the way which caused food to spill into the bag. This store needs some new management asap or it won't last another 2 years. Adding the name Chipotle on a store isn't all it takes to run Chipotle. What's a Chipotle if they don't uphold the Corporate foundation that's made them such a successful business?
It's only the Hospitalville site. I swear zombies work for Chipotle. Changed and waited 5 minutes and absolute grills on the front counter. The guy who makes online orders comes to fill the rice in the front. Looks dead at me and goes back to his little corner. The manager was so fast and ran out of the door. Another woman comes back from your break and looks at me and just goes back. So to make chips from the Tussi again, just look at me out of the corner of her eyes and keep her thing going? You're kidding. And the store was empty? Customer service here is complete TRASH!
Cash registers do not work so forced to order online, then the order does not appear (after waiting 20 minutes) so we need to write literally what we order on a piece of paper and then wait again. I'll wait. How are you?
