What S W doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
The hostess is always very prompt and friendly. Otherwise this would be one star for service. The hostess is consistently five stars. That said, not happy about the lackadaisical service in the cafe area during lunch on Sun 24 March. Received extremely poor/slow service, and the person serving us was downright combative and argumentative. Perhaps just having a bad day? Or perhaps needs some “coaching to win”? Too bad... Stop in twice in 2 days at suggestion of coworkers. Endless soup, salad and breadstick. Nothing to write
We had a very good lunch. Eggplant Parmisan endless salad and bread sticks. Great price,quick service. Just a note, our server was very pleasant,helpful, and knowledgeable.
