Just mobile ordered a sub from this location. I have ordered from here many times via the app and have never had a problem until now. Girl with red hair prepared my sub and it was a complete mess, like a complete and total lack of care about what the serverwas getting. I visited the restaurant on Wednesday evening to grab a sub. When I arrived, there were only two staff members, one of whom seemed to be in training and was really struggling to keep up. The other employee had to step in constantly and was practically running the sandwich line on her own. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my sub, but I didn't mind too much since I understand how challenging it can be to manage everything when you're short-staffed. Despite this, both employees maintained a professional demeanor, and I would recommend this place because of their friendly service. Just a suggestion for next time: it might be best not to schedule training during peak dinner hours! Also, they were out of herb and cheese bread, which was a bit disappointing.
I usually don't leave bad reviews but in this case it was unacceptable. I walk in and 3 employees are talking in the front of the restaurant, they didn't even acknowledge my presence when I entered the store. I walk up to the counter and stand there andthey continue talking about personal matters, I stand there for 5 mins while they finished their conversation and finally saidcan I help you. i should have walked out and left but I was on lunch break and was pressed for time. I finally get my food andsit down to eat. The employees go to the back and start messing with the radio volume and talking obnoxiously loud. An oldergentleman walks in and stands at the front waiting for someone to come out. He stood there so long he pulled a chair over andsat down to wait. In my opinion this is unacceptable behavior and I will not be back to this location for a very long time. Thislocation has had a high turnover rate as long as I have been going there and you never know what kind of service you are goingto get. Hire courteous, nice people, not loud, rude and uncaring people.
