I've tried this restaurant several times over the years, but I just can't seem to enjoy it. The breakfast, especially the biscuits, is consistently too greasy.... read more I've tried this restaurant several times over the years, but I just can't seem to enjoy it. The breakfast, especially the biscuits, is consistently too greasy. During my most recent visit, I ordered chicken tenders for myself and the kids, but they were so burnt that they were almost inedible. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until we were a bit down the road and needed to get to our destination. Otherwise, I definitely would have turned around and asked for a refund. I generally like Hardee's, but I can't recommend the location in Vonore, TN.

This is my second experience at this location, and both times, the employees at the window were unfriendly. It's clear that the team could benefit from improving their customer service skills.
