L'incontro - VOLTERRA

After all reviews had been on ta lunch and it is worth coming especeially as it was next to the hotel! great place to sit and good choice of lunch delicious. friendly service.

On a private day tour through the toskana our driver tony drove after our trip from the harbour livorno to l’incontro in volterra. first stop the day and it is worth it. large Italian coffee and bakery shop. so much to choose. clean toilets as. good

This is our favorite when we visit volterra. always busy and full of natives. beautiful pastries and a great place to go for her aperitivo. friendly staff and very central.

We absolutely love this place with fantastic atmosphere and divine pastries...but.. There is always but.. today after ordering my sacher torta I have asked if I can get some whipped cream aside... The girl working there after reapiting her 3 times my request has replied...that here is not a restaurant but pattisery and that they are not serving sacher torta with whipped cream.. No big deal..but I think that it was rude.. I will continue to go there because I like the place but I will appreciate kinder reply...the guy who was serving coffee was fantastic and at the end I had my sacher as I have asked and it was PHENOMENAL!!!

Staff here couldn’t be any more friendly and helpful. Fantastic food and drink, great value....a must on your visit!
