The best cocktail bar I've ever been to. Not only is the staff extremely kind, they are absolute masters of their craft. The main bartender is truly phenomenal. He will readily prepare you a custom drink for your preferred flavour profile using local ingredients upon request. Their menu drinks are also a lot of fun, and extremely well made. It takes an incredible amount of skill and craftsmanship to be able to assemble a good drinks menu, let alone prepare custom cocktails on the fly. I get the impression this guy could do it in his sleep. This is clearly a passion project for this team.

A gorgeous place to have a drink with good atmosphere. The service is great and the people are just so friendly. The drinks were very good. It’s worth to get the India cocktail. We will definitely come back! PS thanks for the id card

Such a cozy bar in Volterra, that serves amazing cocktails. Very gentle staff and bartender. Totally recommend it.

Unfortunately the barman was absent but we still ate an excellent focaccia and excellent croutons with Tuscan patè.
