Andouillette 5A very good with a tartar sauce especially for me because I don't. Don't like the mustard sauce offered with it... Really top notch. I recommend...my husband took minced pork with mustard sauce and the small fried minced steak, perfect portion.... Homemade chocolate mousse dessert.... Yum
