What User doesn't like about Opus:
Bad service, personnel who seem to be upset. Totally packed flow time. Cooking the seafood at the limit, for the mussels I had to trust. All for prices that in Albania are quite high, so I would have expected much more quality. Although you do not consider it fundamental, the setting is also quite kitsch. View all feedback.
The food was very good and the waiter was very friendly and did his job well. I recommend it!

I wonder if the 5 star ratings given so far are real. I doubt that as the photos have nothing to do with reality. Food is too oily and not nicely presented. While sitting at the bar I saw wine for another guest being poured from a plastic bottle formerly used for soft drinks. (In the restaurant you see medium-prized bottles of Albanian and Italian wines on display. Tables were not clean. Service is slow, not interested, and not able to communicate in languages other than Albanian. Breakfast service was a disaster.
