I have consumed a great lunch with delicious courses with local products, plentiful dishes, staff really friendly and helpful, the owner and bartender are very nice and hospitable, they offered us the family made in the house, really good. I suggest you try fried mushrooms. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gaute La Nata:
Good food and good wine, fried mushrooms really exceptional. Too bad for the unprofessional service, while being in the mountains would not mind some extra effort in taking care of the customer. Beautiful summer terrace. View all feedback.
Very nice food, friendly owners who don't mind to share some genepi and a spot in the garden to pitch a tent... all a biker on a roadtrip can ask for!
We drove up expecting it to also be chiuso due to the overcast day but it was open. From the outside it looked a little unprepossessing but inside, it was large and traditional We were the only diners and nothing came in a hurry which could only mean it was being prepared from scratch Amazing antipasto plate...all local, toma cheeses, bressaola, mocetta from deer, 3 frittatas bursting with different vegetable flavours and a pile of raw finely diced goat meat , vitello with tuna inside Then house made agnoletti with butter and stock sauce ? , just a little, not drowning. Crusty bread,,, the best we have come across in 3 weeks So dining all by ourseves was worthwhile and the host kept checking things were ok Molto grazie
Friendly rustic staff and comfortable kitchen really good recommended at 100
Quiet trattoria with traditional dishes that satisfy the palate, they cost slightly high, but we are at altitude!
Interesting menu, based on porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, pannati mushrooms etc.
