After trying many cappucino bars in Viterbo, we found Sound and kept returning. Perfect foam every time, and the glass of sparkling water served with the cappucino is a treat. The nearby piazza is a charming gathering place for locals.

This is the best coffee in Viterbo. I went here everyday during my stay and it is some of the best coffee in all of Italy!
