The appetizer was good but we expected more generous portions. Excellent first courses Not tender cut (probably the meat is not matured) in all cooking methods (blood, medium, well done) Tiramisu to scream! Excellent bottled house wine. Kind and professional host. Elegant location. Prices, a little above the average for the area.

A small restaurant inside the Viterbo Tennis Club. The place is small but welcoming, the walls are covered with cork, hence the name of the place. The dinner I tried was offered and with a fixed menu therefore the evaluation is partial. I ate many fish dishes, the quality was good and the portions, despite the owner having said they would be reduced given the large number of courses, were more than sufficient. I also tasted a good variety of white wines.

Piccola osteria informale e alla mano all'interno di un centro sportivo. Valido per un pranzo veloce. Originale il fatto che le pareti siano ricoperte da sughero, da cui il nome. Menu semplice, ma ben cucinato. Lunghi tempi di attesa nonostante la sala fosse praticamente vuota.

Location del locale molto particolare situato all'interno di un centro sportivo. Piatti tipici e non ma curati con un buon servizio. L'apice si raggiunge con l'esperienza e con critiche propositive, migliorando di giorno in giorno le proprie idee innovative. Un grande in bocca al lupo al gestore che ha saputo e voluto ascoltare! Consiglio l'Osteria a chi vuol provare la buona cucina!
