I stayed at this hotel in August 2017 for holidays between Bagnaia and Viterbo. I found a wonderful welcome. Friendly and friendly staff. The hotel has a brightly coloured furniture that puts so much in good mood, while on the ground floor it has a more ancient style but overall everything is well-kept with good taste. I brought with me the cat who accepted wonderfully, keeping it in the room while I was walking around the city. At the time of leaving, they also gave me a package of croquettes and a new bowl for the small mice. I highly recommend this experience.

Family with 4-year-old. We were looking for something comfortable near the center. We made the reservation the day before arrival, the agreed price was €65 for a triple room. We receive a call at 16 o'clock on the day of arrival, an employee of the structure tells us that the room is no longer available, offers us another room at the price of €80. We immediately ask for explanations and promptly the employee tells us that having made her a mistake, during the reservation, he would have made us pay anyway the amount of €65 and would put the remaining in his pocket. After two hours we were contacted by the owner (in all this we were in the car) who, with very arrogant doing, denies everything that had been communicated by the employee and telling us that we should have paid €80 in any case. After innumerable requests for explanations, the call is replicated after an hour, the owner of our incalzare makes available to book a room in another structure. We have never received any calls to confirm this. We didn't trust each other, and we've been booking timely, independently, in another hotel. That Vergogna, a person vigliacca and taccagna

I stayed here on holiday to visit the beautiful surroundings. The hotel although a little old style is kept well, the owner is kind and helpful. There is a small patio with tables and you can also dine. The only mole is that it is not very clean: on the davanzale of my room behind the tent there was a plentiful layer of dust, evident sign that they did not clean it for months. Breakfast is also good with homemade desserts. The beds are comfortable and the spacious and bright rooms.

On vacation in the Viterbo area, we chose to stay at the Hotel Bagnaia because, reading reviews on a couple of websites, two factors convinced us: first, the fact that many highlighted the kindness of the owners; second, its proximity to one of the destinations on our tour, Villa Lante, a villa with an Italian garden, wonderful fountains, and a large adjacent park that's worth the trip. It's true that the furniture in the rooms is a bit dated, and, as far as we've noticed, there's no elevator. But we liked it. The room had everything we needed: a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a TV (though it wasn't a smart model, but that doesn't matter), and a bed that, while initially not particularly comfortable because it was high and a bit hard, was actually very comfortable, and we had no trouble falling asleep. I confirm what we'd read about the owners: our host's father was affable, hospitable, and friendly, and his daughter was equally courteous, precise, and professional. The internal parking lot is small, but you can leave your car along the nearby roads or, if you prefer, in the main parking lot. Bagnaia is a small town, and getting around on foot is both feasible and practical. Regarding our choice of Bagnaia as a place to stay, there's literally everything near the hotel: an excellent bakery, a supermarket, several bars, and several shops. Plus, thanks to the beautiful day, there was plenty of activity. We loved this little town, both for its hospitality and its lively atmosphere. And, most importantly, it's home to Villa Lante, a true treasure trove of art and nature.
