She was right about it being one of the best restaurants in the medieval section of Viterbo. They offer what must be one of the best burgers in Italy; including your choice of multiple sizes and multiple condiments cooked just the way you want it. And yes the fries were great too and were served with several kinds of dipping sauce. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was quick. If you want a great burger, served with really good fries and a nice cold beer go to Altroche.
