I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. My meal was overcooked, and the cinnamon roll I ordered for my son was inedible. I tried a bite and found it too dry and hard to chew. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me there was no one available and suggested I speak to another waitress instead, which was disappointing. I've been a regular customer, eating here once or even twice a week, but it's clear the quality has declined. It’s time to find a new place. Also, if you look at other reviews, you'll see a pattern of issues, and it seems like they only acknowledge positive feedback. They thank customers for supporting a "family business," but the truth is, it's a chain. I'm surprised they can afford a franchise.

The Saturday breakfast of horned beef hash and spinach omelette arrived at our table piping hot—definitely not just warm. It was a delight to savor such a tasty meal at the perfect temperature. The menu offered many intriguing options that were creative without being unusual. This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we found it to be bright and clean, with friendly staff. The prices were quite reasonable as well. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying lunch next time.

Outstanding service! The owner personally served our meals, and when he brought my husband his cookies, I commented on how appetizing they looked. He kindly offered me one, and even though I declined, he brought me one anyway, and it was fantastic! My husband loved his steak and eggs, and my Philly Steak sandwich was both great and delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the service was consistently clean and attentive. We will definitely be back!

I ordered a cookie together with other things about door bag. Everything tasted good except the cookie. Unfortunately I found a bug under the cookie and there was a discoloration of the film. Since I didn't notice this at the beginning, I already ate something? the food is good here, but I really hope that they improve food hygiene / food safety?.

First time here! I ordered the Steak and eggs with hashbrown and toast which was good! And the banana and Nutella was delicious!! The strawberry lemonade is what I fell in love with though ? And the waitress was friendly. I recommend it ??
