Firenze Trattoria - Encinitas

The only thing I can say about this restaurant is that it is fantastic. I love the patio, the service is great and the food is to die for. I recently tried from their appetizer menu the polenta with mushrooms and the butterflied shrimp in lemon sauce. Both were fantastic. It was my birthday and they served 3 of us a huge piece of tiramisu to share, and it was fantastic. Love this place.

Great place for an adult birthday celebration...complete with a cake and candle. Food and service was excellent. I went there for my Mom's birthday and they always make the experience as special as anywhere I've ever been. In my opinion, there lasagna is what every other Lasagna's should be compared to. I doubt I'll ever find a place that does a better job. It's also HUGE!!! I'm 6'4 and I usually have/get to take it home. Vegetarian options: Both my Aunt Uncle both got pasts dishes that were vegetarian and they both commented several times how great they were. Parking: They have parking that wraps around the front of the restaurant and it's connected in a strip mall with a grocery store. I've never had any issues with finding a good place to park Kid-friendliness: It's not the most kid friendly spot but they do have a really big patio that is very accommodating.
