Iv ordered carry out probably 25 to 30 times and iv had to stand around and wait for about 15 mins after they tell me it's ready for pickup, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Very poor respect for customers time.

We visited on a... read more This restaurant is not worth the wait! The customer service was nonexistent; we weren't greeted upon arrival and no one asked if we needed help. We visited on a Saturday evening when there was only one other diner present, yet we were told there would be a 25-minute wait. We agreed, but ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. I had to ask two different employees to check on my order before it finally arrived. To make matters worse, we ordered our meals to be eaten in the restaurant, but our food was incorrectly packed in a to-go bag. I've had similar experiences here in the past, including a one-hour wait in an almost empty restaurant, which is unacceptable. Having previously worked at Wingstop, I know there's no reason for such long waits. This restaurant clearly needs to improve its service. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would.

The staff looks puzzled and there's a noticeable lack of activity. Many other customers are also waiting for their orders, and everything is coming out at a very slow pace.
