I experienced a long wait just to place my order, as there was only one person taking orders despite five staff members bustling around behind the counter. After I ordered, it took nearly 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich to arrive. While there were only a few customers dining in, I noticed several large takeout orders being handled. This situation seems to indicate poor management.

I ca... read more Thank you Panera for being so understanding. I order a soup and salad through rapid pick up, when I got back to work I realized I was given the wrong soup. I called in to ask for a refund or credit for the soup and the manager was kind enough to refund my entire order. That's customer services at its best in my opinion.
