I ca... read more Thank you Panera for being so understanding. I order a soup and salad through rapid pick up, when I got back to work I realized I was given the wrong soup. I called in to ask for a refund or credit for the soup and the manager was kind enough to refund my entire order. That's customer services at its best in my opinion.

The tables were in need of cleaning, and there were tears in the booth chairs that require repair. I experienced a long wait just to place my order, as there was only one person taking orders despite five staff members bustling around behind the counter. After I ordered, it took nearly 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich to arrive. While there were only a few customers dining in, I noticed several large takeout orders being handled. This situation seems to indicate poor management.
