Mcdonald's - Visalia

They took a long time to get a burger out, we had to remind them about it and it didn't have the extra pickles we asked for. They put out order out with another order, and the other people got up there first and started going threw our bag, and the coffees were switched. We will not be going there again.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! My eleven year old son bit into an insect that was sandwiched in between the ingredients. Currently making sure he does not have an allergy to that specific insect. If you read this review and have a good guess at what the insect may be; I would appreciate your insight. When we returned to this location with the contaminated burger they quickly confiscated and said they could do nothing. McDonald’s located on Noble in Visalia is not sanitary. Please spend your money elsewhere that would be worth the food. Disgusted with the food and customer service given!

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in Visalia. Everytime I’ve gone there’s always an issue with my order. Either they forget something, make it wrong or take too long to bring you your order when asked to park in the front. Like today it took them 45 minutes to give me my order and I had to go inside myself and stop an employee to get my order. Wasn’t apologized to or anything I was even ignored an additional 10 minutes when I walked inside.

Great service. Was disappointed that McDonald's stopped serving breakfast at 10 am. The reason I loved McDonald is because they used to serve breakfast all day. Oh well. I'll still continue to go because the coffee is the best I've ever had.

I don’t eat here… but my kids love it, of course. Sometimes the toys aren’t great but sometimes they’re fun or cute. Kids meals are affordable. I dislike ordering ahead because you’re very last priority and if they’re busy at all, you wait for a loooooongggg time. Usually bad customer service, but if I worked there I would hate my job too, so you can’t really blame them.
