What a difference a location makes. The Starbucks at Akers and walnut is closer to our house so went there more often. However, we discovered this Starbucks and what a difference in customer service. The employees here are kind, pleasant, and wonderful. A complete opposite from the Akers location. We will likely always go to the Caldwell location. Highly recommend. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I specifically requested light ice, but to no avail. Even after removing the excessive ice, there was hardly any drink left. This is unacceptable! Stop skimping on the actual drink and drowning it in ice! View all feedback.
Needs interior to be updated. Seat cover pealing off bench seat. Coffee good. Still a bit outdated but great service.

This location is great! They keep it really clean, the drinks are made perfectly, and everyone working seems extremely friendly and helpful, with customers and even with each other.
I love this place the staff is soooo good I ordered a chai creme frap you should all try it I also loved how one of the staff members Britney was really nice to me and my mom.
