The best chicken you'll find anywhere! I've been enjoying KFC since 1969—although I might have started even earlier, I just can't recall anything from before that year. Regardless, I've tried KFC all over the United States, and it has never disappointed me.
When last night they were busy I got home 3 piece of chicken still had blood in it.
Wrong items in order. Superficial management team members on 2 occasions; and, deceptive stipulations not shared when completing survey that affords the guest buy 1 chicken sandwich get 1 free . Would not recommend this KFC.
The worst service I have ever had at any restaurant, fast food or otherwise. Ordered online, waited 15 minutes in the restaurant. The only thing fresh was the poor attitude from the manager when I asked to receive all of my order.
This KFC on Walnut in Visalia is horrible. They constantly forget your food. When you tell them they forgot the workers act like you are putting them out, then they toss your food in a bag upside down. And to top it off the manager stands by looking like he doesn't know what us happening. He doesn't even offer to help. If I were you I would find a different KFC location in town.
