I received my food, but when I checked my drink, it was only a quarter full, and I hadn't taken a sip. The server brought it out to me about three-quarters filled. Additionally, I requested honey but did not receive any after asking for it.

Online ordering is simple enough for start, but at this particular location often the order is not ready at the specified time (I understand that this can be overestimated by the companies). in this sense I also understand that she might be understaffed (there were three hired there at 5 o'clock and did not seem to be busy though), but twenty five minutes after the specified time and still tend to new walk-in customers (and they get eat before me) before my order, which has now been paid for 40 to 45 minutes before it stretches a bit. the order was a 2-part meal, so nothing big that should lead to delays. the service here is very good (on the okkkassion) to this type of experience equaled to a coin flip.

They had their A game going at the drive thru. It was a little difficult to understand through the speaker, so it had to be repeated several times. After that they were seamless and the chicken was ready to go as soon as we got to the window. Fresh and hot, we could barely wait to get home
