Jamba - Visalia

I typically love visiting Jamba and ordering a Razzmatazz, but I was quite disappointed during my last visit to this location a few weeks ago. It was busy, and there were only two employees working. I felt sorry for one of the staff members, who was very friendly and clearly doing her best to prepare everyone's smoothies. Unfortunately, the other employee (I think her name was Alissa?) was unhurried and seemed indifferent while her coworker was trying to keep up with the demand. On a positive note, my Razzmatazz was delicious!

The Belgian waffle was quite tasty! However, at nearly $4 for just one, it's a bit hard to justify the price. The drinks, on the other hand, are excellent.

I had a frustrating experience at Jamba Juice due to a trainee cashier named Jenny who provided me with incorrect information. I wanted to order a Classic Handwich, but after a moment of hesitation, she asked if I meant an Impossible Handwich. When I corrected her, she mentioned that some items were being discontinued, which confused me since it was still listed on the menu and app. I called another employee over, and it turned out the Classic Handwich was indeed available. It's disappointing that a customer had to go through that because of a lack of knowledge. Jamba Juice, could I please get a coupon or something as compensation? I hope she learns to ask for help in the future.

The Strawberries Wild, Savory Pretzel, and classic sausage, egg, and cheese were all quite enjoyable. However, I found the bread on the sandwich to be hard, tough, and charred on the bottom. Furthermore, the Turkey Sausage Wrap was completely missing from my order.

The drinks were delicious, and we didn't have to wait at all. The staff was really friendly.
