Costco Food Court - Visalia

Not a fan of the new self serve system. Because if you order a pizza and pay it doesn't tell you how long it will take. Was told after I ordered it, it would take a hour.

Love Costco!!!!!! Turkey provolone sandwiches are the best, you get good deals in almost every department. During Christmas time they offer popcornopolis the best popcorn ever so many different flavors they let u sample and so cheap.gotta go and try

I ordered two pizzas ahead of time and it still took over an hour. I was given a time frame less than an hour when I spoke to the person on the phone. So I shopped around the store wasting time waiting for the pizzas and I bought some milk. then paid for my pizzas and went to pick them up. I was told at 6:33 p.m. , which was about 50 minutes since I called in the order, that they were still waiting for one pizza. I said no problem. Around 6:50 I went to ask again and the girl told me that it was about halfway done. Finally at 7:05 they called my name for my pizzas. I then questioned the girl so now I get one fresh hot pizza and one that's been sitting there for half an hour. She quickly Snapback with o you want me to make you another one? of course I don't want another one because then I have to wait for it again and then let this one get cold. I then told her shouldn't the pizzas come off at the same time especially since I ordered them over an hour ago and she said no not necessarily. I live about 45 minutes away and my milk had to sit there and wait a half an hour for pizzas which I intentionally waited till the end to buy my milk so they would get warm now I've got my milk over an hour without being in the fridge and one fresh hot pizza and one that's not. Not a very happy customer this round. I like Costco I really do but this is not the first bad experience I've had with customer service and I feel that they can really sharp it up on their customer service skills because they really act like they really don't care. Costco seems to be more of just as supply and demand and they know that there's a demand it which then their customer service just really sucks.

Me and my family have been going to this tacqueria for years. I recently brought a friend, and her unsolicited comment was this is the best vegetarian burrito I 've ever had .

During that time, I saw staff members trying to locate orders and asking where the pizzas were, which was frustrating. In situations like this, it's important for businesses to demonstrate that they care about their customers. A simple gesture, like offering a complimentary drink, could have made a significant difference and shown that they value our patience. Overall, I left feeling unappreciated as a customer, which was disappointing given my previous positive experiences.
