What Zoie Rolfson doesn't like about L'Envolee:
What a disappointment! 1h15 waiting for the 1st incomplete dish with as an explanation that the kitchen no longer had the necessary ingredients! (but unindicted customer when ordering)!. 2nd dish (few tartare apples grenailles) in the scours the apples were only black and dry cranes. The dessert was right.
