The price per person was between $10 and $20, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality of food and service. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal in a great environment.

I got the stuffed pork chop, salad, cheesecake and a coke. Both were delicious! The atmosphere was a sort of hip, jazzy type ofplace which was nice and relaxing. The service was very attentive. The Driftless Cafe felt inclusive welcoming: the menu, the staff, the diners (families, local people, nonlocalpeople (us . It was a non-hurried atmosphere, yet the meal arrived in a timely manner. The music lent a low-key energizing vibe.The decor felt warm and yet was trendy. The real food was freshly prepared and hot! I loved the balance of the dishes: Mac cheese for my non-veggie-eating partner with a tasty green salad with intentional layering of fresh veggies (which he ate! ; andfor me, a fabulously-flavored squash curry soup with vegetarian tostados.
