Panera Bread - Virginia Beach

This restaurant is absurd! I will not be returning here. Despite always being kind to the staff and having visited multiple times, I have consistently been treated poorly. No one at this establishment has ever treated me well. I have reached my limit today. What angers me is that they treat all their white customers nicely, but perhaps because I am Latina, I am treated poorly. Congratulations, they have lost a customer, and it seems that I was never truly welcome here.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely disrespectful. They berated my boyfriend for using the term "sauce" instead of "dressing," and then proceeded to throw the dressing on him. Additionally, another worker accidentally hit someone in the face with a door. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This is my new favorite spot. The bread is always fresh and the coffee is top quality. I always appreciate the friendly service with a smile.

Seriously, I think my daughter is sick here and has been sick since her chocolate muffle this morning. Yes, as harder to panera as our first and last time.

I just left Panera Bread I usually get great service. The cashier got my order wrong was out of every cookie and gave me a mango smoothie when I clearly asked for a mango lemonade. When I asked for the manager he was nonchalant and didn’t even offer to refund a $6.00 drink for a regular drink. I went May 2. 2022 at 9:30pm please do better
