I 've only come to this location a handful of times over the last few years. I like Moe 's usually. But each time I visit this one, most of the employees act as if they 're doing you a favor serving you. They 're not outright rude, more lacking the standard friendly customer service. This moe on Lynnhaven will always be my favorite. The Burritos here are consistently delicious. The dining room is always clean and the people who work here are always super friendly!

Unfortunately, my opinion of this establishment has taken a drastic change. Was just completely ignored while waiting on my food, while numerous employees made eye contact with me numerous times, only to be told when finally recognized, that my order has been sitting on the shelf behind the cash register the entire time because it was two bags. I'm guessing this is because I chose to tip two dollars on a order I was picking up rather than just clicking 15-20%. Well guess who won't be ordering from you again.

I have the chicken adobo shell. They filled him with rice and beans and were spiced on the meat. The ingredients looked fresh and the food tasted ok, but the next day I was sick on my stomach. They charged me 10 bucks for a big queen who was too thick and didn't taste fresh. The staff was friendly, but I couldn't hear them when they spoke. I was told that Moes was really good food, but I don't agree. Chipotle is much better with fresh ingredients, but Thier Service can sometimes be sketched. I was really hoping I would enjoy Moe's, but I didn't.
