Hooters - Virginia Beach

I have visited these hooters very often lately. that's great and it's coming out quickly. the service is great. the management and the waiters are all on their game. I'll go back in any case.

I am giving this experience 4 stars due to several key individuals (The hostesses that greeted me upon entering and the on shift manager Ms. Tina). I ordered 10 bone in wings but received a platter instead. I informed the waitress that my order was wrong only to be somewhat chastised on why she was correct and I was wrong. I politely asked for her to bring me the 10 piece bone in wings. While I was waiting on my order, I spotted the manager and called her over to discuss the matter and give my take on the waitress response and overall attitude. She listened and responded as one would hope. She was present, respectful and appropriately responsive. She made a terrible start of my day turn into a promising turnaround. I wish the customer service industry had more individuals like the ones I mentioned above. A sincere thank you to both the hostesses and the manager for getting it right the 1st time!

My buddy and I come here to eat and have a couple drinks and catch up when he is visiting from out of because it’s close to his hotel. We’ve historically had mediocre service at best. But last night our server Katelyn was exceptional. She was fast, courteous, and professional. Most importantly she made our dining experience welcoming and fun. A nice girl named Sydney was behind the bar and she also had some jokes and was funny. Also, the kitchen crew is normally left you but, our food was hot, made correctly, and it even appeared that they made it look decent not just all thrown into a basket with grease every where. Well done. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is cause the hostess didn’t even acknowledge me, or my request for a table for two. I just stood their awkwardly as she did whatever. I stood their long enough my buddy got off the phone with his wife and walked inside. Then he asked her again, and she walked us to our table.

Our waitress, Riley, was great. She was attentive, timely, and awesome with all of our kids. The food was surprisingly better than my last few times here. The noise level was very manageable, and all of the games that were playing seemed to be viewable from every spot in the restaurant. The menu was definitely reduced down, but I can appreciate that, allowing the kitchen staff a better focus on time honored favorites.

It was a good time since when into hooter. is cold and crisp. the fried pickles are great. my date is before place. our employees from entering the bar and the gally are the best. easier to get in. not disappointed.
