Fantastic as always. Been going for years and love the whole menu and the wines. Highly recommend a tasting! Thank you Victoria Ramirez, for the excellent service. View all feedback.
We were looking for something other than the chain restaurants and found a delicious winery for lunch near Lynnhaven Mall. We arrived before lunch. At the time we left the wine tasting bar was busy as well as the restaurants. You have your own reserve mix and many wines and gift items for sale Our waiter John was very friendly. We had the drunk shrimp cup I highly recommend. It was delicious. Our chicken sandwiches and Brisket sandwiches were both excellent. There were many interesting choices on the menu. The desserts were very tempting, but we were too full of our meal to taste them.
What can I say? The ambience was definitely there. The staff was very friendly and professional. When I went for the first time, I didn't know it was a fine dining room, a handcrafted kitchen restaurant, so I wasn't dressed, but that didn't matter, everyone was greeted. The best is to book a reservation, but if you are not welcome to walk-ins, you might need to wait for a table or sit in the bar area right at a stand or high top, depending on the availability of the place. The food was exquisite, the sommelier has made an amazing work every wine, spirits and beers to each of the menu points, they also have soft drinks. Perfect place to get a belly full of food and flights of wine that is quite cheap for the amount of wine you get. Thank you later. Definitely for another top-tier experience.
Fantastic food and wine! All we had was delicious, wine menu is extensive as you would expect. Wife and I have made some great wine flights, Bretzel bread is unique and good, and they share our Cesar Salat for us. Brussel sprout appetizer and pork chop and Carbonara entrees were fantastic! Finished with truffles of the month and s'more items for dessert. Definitely plan to go back and would absolutely recommend!
Great first experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and very hospitable. The staff was friendly and friendly. Jenna was our server and she offered an excellent service. Was happy that there was a children's menu and my daughter also enjoyed their Flatbread pizza. We started with the Asian pork Belly Tostadas. It was very well balanced to mix the Asian and Latin flavors and stand apart for a pleasant taste. I had the Leonard Burger. It was a good part and had great taste. It's been good with Cooper's Hawk Ale. The Ale was crisp and refreshing, recommended for those who enjoy Blue Moon. Wife had her Braised Short Rib Risotto. Risotto was just the right part and reminded me of a risotto I had in Sicily, but with the additional braided short rib it rose the court. The white truffle oil was enjoyed in every bite. So happy my wife let me finish her record. It's worth coming back. If I don't get the Risotto myself and probably with a glass of wine, other dishes were definitely noticeable and wanted to try.
Cooper 's Hawk Winery Restaurant has created an exquisite dining experience! Jackson was our server for the evening and his attentiveness, knowledge and customer service was some of the best I have come across (this man should lead a workshop or something). Next, is the food. Every item on the menu has a wine to pair with it, that way your taste palette gets every flavor possible (pro tip: pick your food first then go with the chefs recommendation for the wine to go with it). Lastly, the restaurant created an atmosphere that encouraged conversation and good times with those who are special to you. My only complaint is there wasn 't more Gooey Queso Chorizo Fundido in the cast iron skillet.
