The Subway in Virden provides a typical fast and customizable sandwich experience. The service can be hit or miss, with some customers experiencing issues with missing or improperly made orders. Coupons for new menu items like wraps and paninis were met with disappointment due to lackluster presentation and portion sizes. However, the location is convenient for those stopping by the adjacent gas station. Overall, this Subway is on par with other locations in terms of cleanliness and service, although there is room for improvement in maintaining hygiene standards and customer interaction.

Came here for lunch, obviously the girl making my sandwich is new, she put half the meat my melt was supposed to have. The delivery of the toppings was special to say the least. Cheese was basically thrown at my sandwich, girl that supposedly was overseeing stood there with a lazy look on her face. Very disappointed as I'm an avid subway eater, very poor representation of the franchise, I'm working in town for a while and have to find somewhere else to go now.
What can you say? It’s a Subway. They seem to have daily specials now which is nice if you’re on a budget. Conveniently located off the highway. Service was fast. Veggies were fresh.
Located beside Petro-Can makes it an easy meal after fueling my vehicle.Pretty much the same as any other subway, the things you notice are service and keeping the site clean.This franchise is average in those areas.
I have always enjoyed going to Subway for their prompt service and a wide variety of toppings and bun options for subs and sandwiches. The Subway in Virden is no exception to this experience. Although my partner and I like to try out different dining places, we were intrigued by the new wraps and paninis being offered at Subway. Unfortunately, our experience with the chicken Caesar wrap and Panini was disappointing. The Panini had a thick, uneven bun, and the wrap was lacking in ingredients, especially in the top third. Despite receiving coupons, we felt the prices were too high for the quality we received. The lack of interaction from the employees while our food was being prepared was also a letdown. I believe that Subway can improve in the future and will still return for their subs, but I will steer clear of the wraps and paninis for now. I have given this outlet three stars, averaging a 4-star ranking for past experiences and a generous 2-star ranking for this visit.
Staff should always use proper,gloves,and not do the cash register with them on. Keeping place clean and tidy would help,including having clean windows and yard.
