Every time you return to your room, it has a delightful scent reminiscent of candy. The service is excellent, with very friendly staff. While the Wi-Fi is slow and the signal isn’t great—expected since it's on an island—there's just one issue: a bar and nightclub right in front of the hotel. It can be quite noisy at night, starting around 7:30 or 8:00 PM and continuing until 1 or 2 AM, which makes it hard to sleep. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The rooms are quite basic and lack hot showers; however, you can request a heater or a thermos of hot water from room service. The bed in my room was firm, providing a comfortable place for a good night's sleep. While some guests mentioned that their room air conditioners were noisy, I found mine to be relatively quiet. The hotel's location is a major advantage, situated right in the heart of Virac. It's just a short tricycle ride from the airport, and you can easily explore the town on foot without getting lost, as it is located next to the memorial rotunda.
